Working principle

The YK circular vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, spring support assembly, support, vibrator, transmission device, motor, and transmission device support.

The YK circular vibrating screen uses springs as the supporting elastic element and an eccentric block vibrator as the vibration source. The rotation of the eccentric block generates excitation force, causing the screen box to reciprocate in a circular motion. Material continuously bounces and tumbles in a near-circular motion on the inclined screen surface. By repeatedly comparing itself with the screen openings, material smaller than the opening size passes through the screen, while material larger than the opening size remains on the screen surface, thus completing the screening process.

Equipped with a modular SV vibrator, the vibration intensity reaches up to 4.2G, with strong processing capacity and high screening efficiency. Replacement only takes one hour. At the same time, the modular design reduces the types of spare parts and increases the degree of versatility.

The overall frame structure has a strong load-bearing capacity.

The structure is built with an integral frame, which has a stronger load-bearing capacity compared with the traditional single beam design; and with the support of finite element strength analysis technology, it ensures a balanced design in terms of weight and strength.

High-strength protection system, safe and stable.

Flexible drive protects the motor from impact; vibrator and pulley guards provide added safety; polyurethane guards, pressure strips, and support strips prevent wear.

Laser cutting technology eliminates the risk of cracking.

The side panels are made using whole-plate laser cutting technology, eliminating any form of welding. All reinforcing components use high-strength torsion shear bolts, making installation more convenient and providing higher strength, while avoiding the cracking risks caused by traditional welding methods.
